EXPANSION REQUIREMENTS

불고기브라더스는 해외 특정 국가 또는 도시 내에 다수의 매장을 운영하는 프랜차이즈 모델을 추구합니다. 지역 선정, 매장 수 등 구체적인 운영형태는 협의 후 결정됩니다.

Bulgogi Brothers pursuits a franchise model on operating restaurants over various countries and cities around the world. The agreement of operation and the numbers of restaurants will be decided with consultation


TRAINING REQUIREMENTS

프랜차이즈 파트너와 매장 운영을 책임지는 매니저팀은 불고기브라더스에서 제공하는 특정 교육 프로그램을 수료하여야 합니다. 교육은 한국의 불고기브라더스 매장과 본사에서 최소 12주에 걸쳐서 OJT와 세미나의 형식으로 진행되며 또한 불고기브라더스의 신규 오픈 담당팀은 오픈 전 최소 일주일 동안 현장에서 신규 매장의 오픈 관련 교육 프로그램을 진행합니다.

Franchise Partner and the management team needs to complete a course of 12 weeks in Korea Bulgogi brothers before opening the restaurant. The course will include OJT (On the Job Training), seminar of the restaurant and it will be held in the Head Office and a restaurant qualified for training. After the course the opening team of Bulgogi Brothers will go to the location of opening and will educate programs related for a new opening of the restaurant for at least a week

Requirements for Consideration:

  • Experience in the restaurant/food industry
  • Quick Service Restaurant
  • Fast Casual Restaurant   
  • Casual Dining Restaurant
  • Gourmet/Four Star Restaurant

Proven success opening and managing a restaurant business in your desired country

Financial capability to open 5 restaurants within 5 years

Required Documentation:

  • Submit completed Franchisee Application Form
  • Provide Personal or Corporate Financial Statements
  • Provide detailed 5 Year Market Plan
  • Provide a sample P&L for the first restaurant

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of local market
  • Customer and Operations focused team
  • Experience in local real estate market

Financial

Qualifications typically require a net worth or combined net worth of $5,000,000 USD, including approximately $2,000,000 USD liquidity. Applicants are required to provide personal/corporate financial statements, a detailed 5-year market plan and a sample Proforma/P&L for the first restaurant.

We require a minimum of five (5) stores per development agreement, knowledge of the local market, a customer and operations focused team as well as experience in the local real estate market.
